Insurance
We are a private pay practice and are not in-network with any insurance providers. Many of our clients choose to invest in their care directly, valuing the privacy, flexibility, and quality this allows. If you'd like to use your out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Payment
We accept HSA, FSA, credit, debit, check, and cash payment. Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay online through the client portal or setup automatic payments. A card is required to be on file to make an appointment, even if you're paying with cash or check.
Cancellation
There's only so much space for clients, and clients are often waiting to begin therapy. To ensure that we help as many people as possible and to respect everyone's time, our policy is to give notice at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your session. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up to your session, you will be charged the full fee.
